We’re building an agentic platform that can learn a business, find opportunities, help create and publish work, and show what changed. Making that useful takes people who can build reliable systems, exercise taste, and bring the product to the teams who need it.

Move fast
Ship the small version this week rather than the perfect one next month. The sooner it is in front of someone, the sooner you learn something you can use.
Always hypothesise
Write down what you expect to happen before you start, then go back and check. If you never said what you expected, you cannot tell whether the result was a surprise.
Ownership
Whoever starts it sees it through: past the demo, past the handover, until someone is actually using it. If something is in the way, it is yours to clear or to raise.
Build useful things
Ask who will use it and what they will do differently once they have it. If you cannot answer that yet, it is probably not the thing to build.
Come and build the thing itself.
Mole is already running for customers. What you work on here turns up in the product in weeks, not quarters.
