What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Mole website at https://www.agentmole.io and everything published on it, including the blog, use-case pages, careers pages, and the Request Access form. The website is operated by Wandering Studio Pte. Ltd., trading as Synscribe ("we", "us"), from Singapore.

The website describes the Agent Mole product and lets you ask for access. It does not provide the product. If we grant you access, the product is governed by a separate agreement provided at that point, and that agreement takes precedence over these terms for anything it covers.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Requesting access

Submitting the Request Access form is a request, not an order and not a contract. We review every request and may decline it, ask for more information, or offer a different route than the one you asked for. We will reply using the details you gave us.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your company, and that you are at least 18 years old.

Applying for a role

An application through the careers pages is an expression of interest. It does not create an employment relationship or an obligation to interview or hire. You confirm that your application and CV are truthful and your own work. How we handle application data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through the forms.
• Use automated tools to submit forms, or try to bypass the rate limits, bot checks, and other protections on them.
• Probe, scan, or test the website for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its availability, except as part of a disclosure you have agreed with us in advance.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site's content for republication or for training commercial models, beyond what the site's robots policy allows.
• Use the website for anything unlawful or to harm others.

We may block access from any address or network that breaches these rules.

Content and intellectual property

The Agent Mole name, the Mole character and artwork, the Mole logo, and the text, illustrations, animations, and design of the website belong to Wandering Studio Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share links to the website and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, adapt, or reuse the brand assets or substantial parts of the content without our written permission.

Blog articles are provided for general information. They reflect our views at the time of writing and are not professional, legal, financial, or search-engine guarantees. Check anything you rely on against your own circumstances.

Product descriptions

The website describes capabilities of Agent Mole as they exist or are planned. Features, limits, and availability can change before and after you are granted access, and some capabilities depend on third-party services and quotas we do not control. Search engines and AI answer engines decide what they rank and cite. Nothing on the website promises a particular ranking, traffic, citation, or business result.

Third-party links and services

The website links to sites we do not run, including courses on agenticwebsite.io and our social profiles, and relies on providers such as our hosting, analytics, bot-protection, email, and blog-publishing services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites and services.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the website at any time without notice, including pages that describe features. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about the website and its content, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to the website that cannot be resolved between us will be brought before the courts of Singapore, which have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
