The leadership advantage

AI tools make execution easy. Leadership judgement is what separates scale from slop.

Two focused coaching sessions

Work with an assigned coach for one 30-minute session in each of your first two months.

  • Use each session on the highest-leverage decision
  • Slack channel for AI Agent questions and feature requests

How to use your coach

Bring the work. Spend the session on the decision.

Course lessons are self-directed. Your coach focuses on the highest-leverage question in front of you, and your team owns the strategy and execution that follows.

Your Slack channel is for AI Agent product questions and feature requests. Course learning and strategy execution stay with your team.

  1. 1

    Before the session

Complete the relevant lessons and bring the work, data, or decision that is slowing you down.

  2. 2

    During the 30 minutes

Use the time to debug performance, explore the search landscape, or choose the next experiment together.

  3. 3

    After the session

Leave with a clearer decision and execute the work with your team, tools, and course playbooks.

The work leadership should own

Your judgment is the highest-leverage part of the system.

Understand how information is discovered, retrieved, trusted, and turned into a result. You can then judge the evidence, lock in the initial wins, then give your team or an AI agent a clear direction to scale.

Own the strategy

Connect customer needs, product decisions, and commercial outcomes before choosing keywords, pages, or tools.

Build your judgment

Learn how to inspect evidence, test a hypothesis, and decide what fits your company and market.

Direct people and AI

Turn your decisions into clear briefs, automate repeatable work, and keep the final review with leadership.

Experiments that shaped the course

Learn from launches that produced real outcomes.

Synscribe documents the Zero to Ranked launches in public. The course turns those observations into lessons, prompts, and review steps you can reuse.

Synscribe runs an SEO/GEO research lab that continuously tests the variables behind discovery, recommendations & rankings. Those results focus the course on the few actions that consistently move outcomes.

Several launches dominated their target results while deliberately violating conventional SEO checklists & recommendations, so each lesson shows where the evidence supports standard practice, where it challenges it, and what deserves your attention first.

Day 1 · Zollback

67 clicks → 6 enterprise leads

A new duty drawback site produced six enterprise enquiries from Google search in its first two weeks.

Day 2 · Medical scheduling

9 clicks → 2 institutional leads

A hospital decision-maker and a 45-doctor practice enquired in week three, without outbound activity.

Day 3 · Hardware compliance

#1 ChatGPT result the next morning

A messy launch exposed the process failures that now shape the course guardrails and review steps.

Course questions

Before you join.

Who is this SEO/GEO course for?

It is for founders, agency owners, and growth leaders who want to understand the system, own the strategy, and direct people or AI through the execution. You can apply the material to your own company or use it to lead client work.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The strategy, research, and content methods apply across website platforms. Technical examples are explained so you can implement them yourself, with your team, or with a developer.

Do I have to migrate my website or use the Agentic Website Template?

No. The Agentic Website Template gives you a strong starting point, but it is not a prerequisite. You can apply what you learn to any startup website, framework, or platform without migrating your current site.

Does the course guarantee that I will rank in 24 hours?

No. The course shows the indexing and launch process behind pages we observed appearing in Google and ChatGPT in under 24 hours. Search results change, and discovery, indexing, rankings, citations, and leads are never guaranteed.

Is the course available now?

Yes. The eight core chapters are available now. Your enrollment includes the delivered video and written material, practical exercises, worked examples, and lifetime access to the live speed runs, specialist modules, and Agentic Agency content as they are released.

What does the course cost?

Enrollment is $799. The new price will be $1,799 starting in January 2027. Your enrollment includes lifetime course access, two months of Synscribe AI Agent, and two coaching sessions.

Is the Agentic Website Template included?

The Agentic Website Template is open source and available separately at no cost. The course teaches the strategy, judgment, prompts, and workflows that help you use the foundation effectively.

Do I need the Synscribe AI Agent to complete the course?

No. You will learn the fundamentals and how to do the work yourself, then learn prompts that can automate parts of the process. We recommend completing the process once without an AI assistant so you form your own judgment and set the quality bar for any AI tools you use later. The included Synscribe AI Agent can then simplify research, planning, site audits, and performance tracking.

What happens after the included AI Agent access ends?

The AI Agent is a separate private-beta product. Course members can choose to continue at $200/month. There is no automatic paid subscription. An active AI Agent subscription also includes one 30-minute coaching session each month.

How does coaching work?

A coach is assigned after enrollment. You receive 2 focused 30-minute sessions, one in each of your first two months. Use them to debug performance, explore the landscape, or choose high-leverage work. Course lessons are self-directed, and your team remains responsible for execution.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for 4–8 hours each week to learn, research, and act on what you find. The course contains about 8 hours of lessons, but it is structured so you can apply the first lessons before completing every module. This is a course for building organic traffic yourself, not a done-for-you service.

How does the application work?

Submit the form even if you are unsure about fit. Raymond will review your goals, company context, and the support you expect, then reach out when there is a fit. Accepted applicants receive a private payment link and have 24 hours to confirm enrollment.
