Privacy policy

This website collects information in three places: when you request access to Agent Mole, when you apply for a role, and through analytics while you browse. This page describes each one, who receives the information, how long it is kept, and how to ask us about it.
Who we are
This policy covers the Mole website at https://www.agentmole.io, operated by Wandering Studio Pte. Ltd., trading as Synscribe, from Singapore. It explains what the website collects and why. It does not cover the Agent Mole product itself: when you are granted access, the product is governed by the agreement and privacy terms provided at that point.
We only collect what the pages described below actually ask for. There are no accounts, logins, or payments on this website.
Requesting access
The Request Access form asks for your name, work email, and a message about what you want to talk about. Your role is optional.
We use this to decide whether Agent Mole fits your situation, to reply to you, and to prepare your access if we proceed. Your submission is emailed to our team inbox, with your email address set as the reply address so we can answer you directly.
The form also sends a small amount of context about how you reached it, so we can understand which pages and campaigns lead to good conversations:
- Which page, section, or campaign the Request Access button you used belongs to.
- The website that referred you to us, if any, with any query string removed.
- The first page you landed on and the campaign tags (utm parameters) it carried, plus the time of that first visit.
- Up to five of the most recent pages you viewed on this site, as paths only.
This context is kept in your browser's local storage under the key visitor_context_v1 for up to 90 days and is only sent to us when you submit the form. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Applying for a role
The careers application form asks for your name, email, a message about what you would build here, and a CV in PDF or Word format up to 5 MB. Phone number, location, LinkedIn profile, and portfolio link are optional.
Your application and CV are emailed to our hiring inbox and used only to assess you for the role you applied to, or for an open application, to consider you for roles that fit. We do not pass applications to recruiters or other companies.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are used, and the kind of device and browser involved. PostHog sets a cookie and local-storage values to recognise the same browser across page views, and derives an approximate location from your IP address.
Browsing the site does not create a profile tied to your name. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell or share analytics data for advertising.
Keeping the forms safe
To stop automated abuse, both forms check that a submission came from this site, took a realistic amount of time to fill in, and did not complete a hidden field that only bots fill. We also read your IP address from the request so that no single address can submit more than five times in ten minutes. That check runs in memory on the server and the address is not written to a database.
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that a real person submitted the form. Turnstile sends a verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare, which processes them under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Who receives your information
We share information only with the providers that run the site:
- Our email provider, which delivers form submissions and applications to our inboxes.
- PostHog, which hosts our analytics in the United States.
- Cloudflare, when Turnstile bot protection is enabled on a form.
- Our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
- Wisp, the publishing service that stores our blog articles. Images in articles may load from its content network.
We do not sell personal data. We disclose it beyond these providers only if the law requires it or to protect the site, our team, or the public from harm.
Where your information is processed
We are based in Singapore. Our providers process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we rely on the provider's contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
How long we keep it
- Access requests: for as long as we are evaluating or serving your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up or recognise a repeat request.
- Job applications: for the length of the hiring process for that role, and for a limited period afterwards in case a similar role opens, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Browser attribution context: up to 90 days in your own browser, or until you clear site data.
- Analytics: according to PostHog's retention settings for our project.
- Rate-limit records: ten minutes, in server memory only.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a given purpose. If you applied for a role or requested access, you can withdraw at any time. To make a request, email raymond@synscribe.com. We will respond within the time the Personal Data Protection Act allows, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
You can block or clear analytics cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Links to other sites
The site links to resources we do not operate, including courses on agenticwebsite.io and our social profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
Children
The site is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the site starts collecting something new or stops collecting something listed here, and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you have already given us will be communicated to you directly where we can.
