Agencies use it to take on more clients, founders and CEOs to run lean, and B2B teams to get found on Google and quoted by ChatGPT.

We are a technology company in the SEO and GEO industry. We write our playbooks, then build them into the product, so every customer gets them at once.

We are a young team in Singapore. We learn fast, we iterate fast, and there is always a new problem in front of us.

You will build the agent workflows behind Mole's SEO and GEO product. Your job is to make research, content creation, and publishing reliable enough for real customer work, not just convincing in a demo. That means building the tools around the model, checking the quality of its output, and improving the whole workflow when it breaks.

• Build agent tools, skills, and prompts for SEO research, content creation, and publishing
• Connect workflows to search results, crawled pages, and customer-site data
• Write evaluations and inspect traces to see when a change improves or degrades the work
• Design points where a person should review, approve, or steer an agent's work
• Improve the speed, cost, and reliability of multi-step agent runs

You are the kind of engineer who wants to know why an output is wrong and how to prove a fix is better. You can work through ambiguity, debug the system around a model, and judge the usefulness of what a customer receives. A fluent answer is not enough if the underlying work is wrong.

• You can build working software in TypeScript or Python, including through coursework or side projects
• You have experimented with LLM APIs, tool calling, or retrieval and seen where they fail
• You can trace a bad result to a prompt, tool, data source, or workflow step
• You can judge whether generated content is accurate and useful, not just fluent
• You use tests, traces, and real outputs to decide whether a change made the system better

This is open to fresh graduates. We care more about how you think than about the years on your CV, so apply even if you only match some of it.
